Good afternoon. I am one of your customers in BF Homes Paranaque and I am totally disappointed with how your Miss Mary Grace Pagkalinawan, Miss Aileen Flores and Mr Demetrio P. Calonia handled my complaint today January 28, 2012. I requested my househelp to buy a cooler from your store yesterday evening. He got a Citra Mina Cooler Ba PC for Php 300.00. We realized only today that the bag is too big for the frozen items which we intend to send to Malaysia so we decided to return said item and request for a change in size. Your Mr. Calonia upon consulting your Miss Aileen told me that they cannot replace the item as they have closed their sales for yesterday already. I was surprised with the answer because as a businessman and as any accountant will say that adjustements can always be made by way of credit/debit memos. Since the smaller bag is cheaper than the one that we are exchanging for a smaller size I told them that I am not interested in the return of my money for I will use the difference by buying other items. They did not entertain my request and insisted that that is the company policy. Furthermore they told me that they will only accept return/exchange if the item is defective. Let me tell you that what is written in your invoice does not state such. Let me quote what is in the invoice you issued to me. " TO EXCHANGE GOODS, PLEASE PRESENT THIS RECEIPT WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR PERISHABLES AND 7 DAYS FOR DRY GOODS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE......" I called up your General Santos office and was able to talk to your Miss Pagkalinawan. She told me that she will study the complaint and get back to me asap. Indeed she get back to me today only to take the same position of your Miss Aileen and Mr. Calonia. At this point I want management to assess what happened and get back to me as soon as possible on the position you intend to take before I take this up with DTI.

no blankets available in the rooms, DUSTY, no television on some of the rooms, UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS, no hot and cold shower. the amount your paying is very expensive for the accomodation. imagine... every 12 hours ang charging!!! i will never recommend your resort!!!!!!!
